nissan consult
first of all i like to say hi to every one im new to all this forum buisness but my first post as follows any one know how to use the nissan consult and understand the readings i am getting confused on it all

oh and i have a nissan serena sr2ode which only does 13 mpg its bugging the life out of me and that is taking it steady hooked up nissan consult said code mass airflow sensor replaced vaccum pipes for silicon hoses and now nissan consult saying code 55 no faults found could a vacuum leak cause the ecu to bring up fault with maf

i have tried that but not really much differance to be honest where is the best place to reground it can i hook it up straight to the battery but i did notice a earth strap loose/hanging from the chassis near the manifold could this have any thing to do with it shall i connect to the one of the heat shield bolts cheers for any help in advance btw do you know info about econ mpg and trip mpg with the ecu talk software and what they should read

The intake manifold is the best place to reground. When I got my car I got 17mpgs. I got maff, o2 sensor regrounded. Changed plugs, fuel filter and all the ignition stuff and cleaned out the air filter. I was packing 28 mpgs.

you can not reground your stock o2 sensor.

got fuel filter changing that today hopefully getting sparkplugs what other ignition parts are you on about are you on about the dizzy cap and rotor yes im all new to the sr world so please bear with me
