b14 issues

My b14 when its cold seems to choke up when i step on the gas also sometime just does it when warm. and after 3500rpm it runs smooth what can this be.

do you mean stall, like cut out when you hit the gas? If so, could be fuel pump, filter, plugs, wires, dizzy,?
