Thread: 53J 1L valve size?

Can anyone confirm if this head has 7mm exhaust valves? I thought all DE motors had 6mm intake and exhaust valves, but when i pulled my valve stem seals the exhaust side is bigger than the intake side.

if its a det itll have sodium filled 7 mm ex. valves if its used it will have a different (more white) appearance from the intakes

to my knowledge its a JDM DE motor

Well I have a det it's marked 53j as was my regular de I would take a caliper to the valve stem. That will tell you what size it is.
