I believe it's a factory test port of some sort because my car had abs and it wasent used.

my b14 also has this plug and its unused. I cant seem to find anything to plug it up to, so it just sits in the bay waiting for the day i figure it out.

I believe it's for the California only "exhaust gas temp sensor". It installs somewhere around the EGR valve. This is based on what I found in my '91 FSM. GA's have it too.
