well i see charcoal canister so i am assuming it has to do with helping the emissions ?

i think is for the ABS tire speed sensor i believe my SE-R came equipped with it and use that kind of plug but im not 100% sure

car does not have abs
speed sensors are in the hub.The axles have notches in them that read the speed(I have had ABS cars,lol)

well then i dunno but sometimes the car comes with things, not used... anyways im not 100% sure

The best thing I can think of is that it is for ABS as well. The fact that your car doesn't have ABS means the plug is taped away un-used. That's my best guess for now too.
