Thread: Anyone do body work NJ Area? Reasonable?

Hey whats up guys, Im looking to fix some small rust and start prepping my car for paint but dont know that much when it comes to body work.. Is there any forum members on here that do good work either on the side or offer services to forum members at a reasonable rate???

Dont wanna waste my time on a crappy Maaco job but also dont want to spend $4000 on the BMW forum I am on people are always throwing up posts like this : Need A paint job? NO BS 800 FLAT - R3VLimited Forums Talked to the guy said for $2k you
would have your car and all body work fixed and it would be a good paint job.. Some cars ive seen have been impressive check the thread.

2K is def doable

but usually there never near NJ but would offer the same deal if they were.

Just trying to find whats out there, I need to get my SE-R painted and small rust fixed.

Joe,where in NJ are you located?

Joe, I will def give you a shout , Car is straight... Some minor minor dings.. Rust in one door jam and on one wheel arch.
I can take pics and post everything in the thread. Maybe we can generate some side jobs for you.

Both rear wheel wells inside not huge but this is what you see on the inside. Undercoating will prob have to be grinded away to see the damage.




We will talk and you can see the car in person probaly some time in may if thats cool...
These are just to give you a small idea its not terrible just want the rest of the car too look as nice as the bay and interior.

As you can see car isnt in bad shape.

I need to get mine painted as well, bumper looks bad

I definitely need this done too for the B14, minor body work and full respray.

Maybe we can get a decent rate if we can get a bunch of people together..
