It could be a wheel bearing, but usually the are quiet at low speeds(like no noise) and then get louder as you drive. Has this noise been happening for while? Generally they dont JUST get loud like that, the noise has to be present for awhile. Jack your car up, put your hands at the top and bottom of the tire and shake, if you here a clunk or have play in it, it is mos def your wheel bearing. If not, continue the search, because if it is a wheel bearing that is that loud you will deff have a good amount of play and a clunk when doing the above test.
