if i put in the se-r cluster nothign works (i don't have the speedo cable hooked up)
the tach, fuel, heat, warning lights and even the actual lights to see it at night
the only thing that works is the clock but it only works if i turn on the litghts

You need to get a FSM to get through all of the issues you will have when swapping. I think in your other post you said you have a complete SER. I suggest swapping the engine, dash, and engine bay harnesses to solve all of these issues. The only wiring you will have to do then will be with the chassis side. ie: power windows, locks, door pins, and so on. This would be a lot easier than figuring out all of the motor issues.

well the motor is done and runs, now i guess i just need to get a fsm to to the cluster, i was just hoping someone had already written it down with good instructions

maybe i will do that

swap over the complete harness from under the dash from a se-r to the 4 door.

you will save your self many headaches .
