Thread: tsuru red clear tail lights?

anybody have any idea how to fit these on?



i tried to fit them on and it fit correctly but the back of the light, the bulb cover didn't fit? seem like the bulb cover is to long. any help?

Its probBly because they're aftermarket. Oem tails go right in with no problems

My non oem ones fit in like a glove.. Weird ur having this issue.

do you have any pictures at the back of the light by chance? i just want to see how yours look like.

did u try just connecting the cable u remove from he old ones? u don't swap the back plastic jus the connection

Not necessarily. Is your B13 a 91-92??? Because if it is then that's why they don't fit right in probably. From my experience the 93-94 tails are a bit bigger from the back harness than the 91-92 ones. I have a 92 se-R and had tinted tails and had to change them because I got a ticket for them being too dark. Well anyways I got 94 tail lights from my local Pull-A-Parts and experienced the same problem when I tried to put them in. You just have to improvise a little to make it fit. All I did was cut out the part of the harness that was blocking it from fitting right and TADA! Just add a little glue/tape to make it stay in place and you should be good. It's simple. If you want me to take pics of what I did let me know.

yup, had them on my b13 over 10 years ago with no probs!!!!!

mine didn't came with the black cover like the pictures i post, so i have to use the cover of my 92 which is too long.
