^^^^ eggman is right about a trailer hitch bike rack. It's the simplest, least expensive way to go.

I have got a trailer hitch on the forum for my SE-R and a bike rack from Harbor Freight,(they are on sale a few times a year).
I even ended up getting a custom heavy duty NX hitch off the old forum.

The bike rack is simple to plug in and you have to bend over to even notice the hitch.

Walmart has a universal one for 30 or 40 bucks. Its basically 2 bars,4 feet, and straps that hold it to the roof.
Made by Reese(hitch company) its in the automotive dept, not bikes.
I have one for carrying my canoe on my truck, but it fits my classic, too.
Not heavy duty by anymeans, but makes a great temp rack.

All the Hondaboy-ricers have them around here now....its soooooo JDM.LOL
...and cheap,too!

I just put mine on when I need to use it....That being said...Wayne I hope you need it for your bike, not the look.haha

I have this cheaper one too but it doesn't have anything to hold the bike or any spots to mount one. You'd have to lay it sideways.

Eggman you know how that cheap rack uses cloth straps right..

What I did was pull them tight, put an added ziptie around the strap to the bracket for added strenth, cut the strap short and wrapped it all up in electrical tape from top to bottom. This way when the rack is on the car, you can not tell that you can easily cut the rack off. MAkes it mount alot sturdier and since then it has never been messed with while on my car.

I actually customized mine to be a fishing rod rack when I got it awhile back. Now I gotta take some pics lol.

I think I'm going to end up getting a good one. I do plan on using it more now that my back is getting better and I just need the exercise. Riding the same route gets old.

If you have back problems you may definitely want to consider a hitch rack.

You won't have to lift the bike all the way to the roof or strain your back muscles, trying not to scratch the paint, loading and unloading.

They're easy to lock with a cheap hitch lock from Walmart or you can quickly unplug the rack, fold it and throw it in the trunk, if you mountain bike, and are going to be away from your car.
It's also easy to lock the bikes to the rack when you stop later for a beer.

Wayne, pick up a set(the base aka feet and bars) used on CL. then buy a fit kit off ebay, amazon, rackattack.com or anywhere else...

I just picked up a fit kit for the G20 for $35. i have into my rack about $150. and thats with a bike holder...
I spent 75 on cross bars and feet
$25 for a big mouth bike holder
and $35 for the fit kit

P.S. if you buy thule you will need fit kit 253.

Wayne here are a few in WI....

Thule Bike Racks

Thule Bike Rack System

Wayne hit me up if you have any questions...
