Good luck. I hate everything about inspection and emmisions testing. It is such an expensive hassle.

Does your ECU even look for the oxygen sensor to lean out the mixture during cruising speeds? Do you have an EGR system? I believe the high CO is because the car is running rich but it could be a number of things. I hate to be the one to tell you this but most likely your car is never going to pass with a swapped motor and an aftermarket ECU. That's why aftermarket ECUs are labelled not for highway use.

big bad ve guys, usually have big bad ways around emissions, i can probably just have marsh give me a lean tune to pass emissions, but thats just time consuming and all this bs...i have no wideband so atm i dont know what its reading

well what i meant bro was that they could help you, maybe someone could lend you a wideband or maybe let you toss the car on the dyno for a little testing..

i had to lean my shit out a tad to maintain a 14.7-15.6 afr on both of my ve cars and passed both times.
