Air regulator
I'm hunting down for idle problem, I took out the air regulator under the plenum, how is this thing supposed to work?
I measured the resitance and it is on spec (70-80ohms).
Is it supposed to be closed when cold and open when hot? or the other way around, it just seems to be stuck open all the time.

edit found a picture.. stolen from somebody...

If it's stuck open that will mess up your idle, try cleaning it out and getting it unstuck!

^x2 try cleaning it, have you tried cleaning your AAC valve? aac might be suck open or stuck closed depending on the problem

AAC and IACV are clean.
I took this regulator out, and it is stuck open. I just opened it up and and started cleaning it, the little oring inside is deformed.

Repaired, idle droped a little, now I have 16 inHG constant vacuum. I did a pressure test, found some minor leaks, fixed them all, did the pressure test again, and no leaks anywhere, but vacuum is 16.. does not go up. I don't know where else to look.
