I mean the wiring clips have power but the pump does not before I did the swap it turned on an was running do you think it would have anything to do with the fuel pump relay?

check all grounds. the two that connect to the intake mani most importantly.

I would take out the pump and see if your install is done correctly.

if the fuel pump relay was bad pretty sure you wouldnt be getting power to the connections at the pump.

You likely have an electrical problem. It is time to start at the source, and work your way back until you find the problem component. Start at the fuel pump and check for voltage. If you have voltage when you should, the fuel pump is bad.
If you don't have voltage when you should, then go to the fuel pump relay and check voltage there on the fuel pump power side. If you have no voltage there when you should, then check the fuel pump relay signal side. If you have voltage there when you should, then the replay is bad. Replace it. If you don't have voltage at the relay on the signal side then go to the ECU and check the fuel pump signal pin on the ECU. If you don't get voltage there when you should, you will need to look into why the ECU is not powering up. Either the ECU grounds, or a bad ECU, or no power to the ECU.

Check some stuff with your trusty volt-meter and get back to us.

yes the 2 on the intake manifold also on my b13 idk if the b14s is the same but on the passenger side under the hood right by the motor mount there is a ground on the body . everytime i remove the wire i always forget that ground causing the car not to start .
