Thread: Swap issues. b13 1.6-2.0

Ok, I have gotten to the point of burning the whole car down to ashes...then peeing on them

I am swapping in a sr20 in my 4door b13. Its a 94, the engine no clue. Harness is from some year of b13.

Cranks but no start. No fuel to rail, no spark either.

Harness was ok, but several wires were cut. All the plugs around the ecm exculding the main one arent there. Couple various ones on the rest of the harness were cut and missing.

I have the wiring diagrams, copies of the fsm, and you smart people.

If needed I can supply pics. If your close to 15825...beer and pizza..

for the fuel problem. did you check your fuse/ also did you check for power at the fuel pump( you can hear it when you put it on ignition II).
You should get a better harness. did you check that relay by the ecu? also there is one plug that plugs up by the ecu that you need to rewire.

When I jump the relay, I get fuel to the rail. I tried getting a good harness...this is what I could find....

One of the plugs under the dash is the fuel pump relay and going from ga to sr the plug on the sr harness doesn`t match....gotta swap that plug over or ur not gonna get fuel.....just did this to a b14 like a week ago.....4 plugs under the dash....2 plug in....1 needs the plug from the sr car side to work(the one with only 3 wires) and 1 will go un-used

i just did a b14 ga16de to a sr20ve swap and the sr20 harness plug right into the ga16 harness...

Ok, I only have two plugs on my engine harness in the cabin of the car, the big blue one and one that has 6 pins with a couple of solid white wires an orange one, and a couple of random colors.

So if there ia a very good harness out there, pm me. I am tired of trying to piece this thing together.

def missing the one plug under the dash that controls what isnt working.

I cant find any diagrams labeling the ga16 wires that are in that plug, found the sr20 ones...anyone know off the top of their head?

I had to repin The fuel pump relay pin on the car side of one of the white interior harness. I believe it was a blk with white or silver dot. If you look at the engine harness and the white body harness they don't match. I found the specific wire on the old forums how to 1.6 to 2.0. Don't worry bc the exact same thing happened to me when I did my swap
