Bumping for a couple more videos and may be some help. First the me pulling plug #1 with no difference in rpm as well as pulling in IACV plug with no difference either (says in FSM it should drop). Any suggestions, is #1 cylinder gone? bent or bad valve? or something else?

Mine has the same problem. It now doesn't idle on its own until around operating temp. It's been sitting for the past year and a half because I havn't had alot of spare time to fix it but will be starting on it again this weekend.

My car idles and dies until it's up to operating temp and still idles rough afterwards. I'm going through the checks and have replace a lot of the same parts e.g. cap, rotor, plugs, tried another distributor, coil, TPS, and MAF. I cleaned the IACV over the weekend and no difference. I tried to check the air regulator by squeezing the hose, but they are too stiff to squeeze by hand. Next on my list is to check voltage at the TPS. I have checked it at the MAF and although it has been reground I believe it's still too high; I need to check with a different meter. I ran a diagnostic on the computer, which showed that it is running rich, which could be a bad ground to the O2 sensor.

Do you still have the EGR system? Check that as well.
How about the distributor? May not be firing on cylinder #1.

Egr is gone by previous owner. #1 is getting spark and i've swapped fuel rails and injectors (even took a known good one off the old rail and swapped #1 injector on new rail to make sure). Today I swapped the spark plug for #1 in case it was bad but still no change. Mine is kind of the opposite of what you guys say your problem is is idles MUCH rougher when its up to operating temperature. The videos are cold idle when it gets warm its much worse at least 2 X as loud and acts like it wants to die but doesn't. As long as your driving though its perfectly fine, no hesitation. I check the o2 ground.

Alright I'm so GD frustrated right now I tried a couple more things someone suggested cleaning the throttle body and the IACV. I just did both with no change. I don't know what to do. Now i really think its a dead cylinder or something. You can pull the wire plug or the injector plug on only #1 cylinder and there is NO change in rpm like the others. What would cause this, bad injector harness? lost compression in #1? a messed up valve? If the car makes it to this weekend I guess I'll pop the cover off again. Any one have any ideas? anything?

Have you checked the compression? Is the plug fouled?

nah I don't have anything to check compression. the plugs are fine I even swapped them around as well as tried the old ones but no change
