All the auxiliary devices that get coolant are all in series on these cars. That means water leaves one of the water necks, goes through the cold idle valve part, then through the TB, then maybe through the EGR section, then maybe on to the intake manifold (lowport only?)...
My point is, they all feed one into the next. So, and I'm guessing here because I've never actually seen a high-port up close but I bet water goes to the TB and then on to the cold idle valve section you put green arrows on.
