Thread: Stupid question of the week...

Anyone have a passenger side front fender lying around? If so, I'd like to know what the diameter of the antenna hole is. I'm sick of looking at that fugly mast antenna so I'm deleting it from the XE and I need to souce the proper size plug for said hole.

Initially I'm going to try using the diversity antenna in the back window, if that doesn't cut it I'll relocate the mast out of site, inside the car under 'A' pillar trim.

Let me take a quick look at mine here in a bit. I can get that info for you.

When I bought a fender for my car from keystone it came without the hole for the antenna, I had to make my own hole, so that could be an option if you really wanted to do that.

IIRC it's right at 1" in diameter. That was on my B13 BTW.
