b13 head parts in s13 head

Want to know if any b13 head parts are compatible with a s13 head ie cam caps rocker arms ect. tried searching no luck any advice will be greatly appreciated

Cams are compatible. But you need to swap the dowel pin. The s13 dowel pin is longer.

Yea i know the cams will work but want to know if other parts wil work dont see why not
