Door hinge pin replacement
Searched bit could not find anything. Have door sag. Can I just replace the worn out pins, or do I have to do the whole hinge?
Is there a how to on the pin replacement somewhere?

I am not sure you can get just the pins. Replace the whole hinge.

We've all been replacing the whole hinge since the beginning of time.

The pin isn't even the problem. A replacement pin will do nothing. It is the plastic bushings that degrade. I guess the pins come with new bushings? Okay. Just make sure you aren't dealing with a damaged outer portion yet before you go that route.

There is this thread that links to a dorman product on pg2. Not sure what vehicles it is applicable to. Maybe it will help

hinge replacement
O.K. is there a "how to" showing the proper way to remove old and install new hinges?

This might have some tips: http://www.sr20-forum.com/general-sr20/44106-door-hinge-alignment.html

Also, for me the best thing was having lots of rags around (to use under the door to protect it from the monkey or tool lifting it) and someone (or a jack) to help hold that heavy motherfucker up while you work.

Oh and having a crazy shaped 12mm wrench helps. I bought one and modified it with a torch and hammer specifically for the job. This makes it so you don't have to remove the front fenders.
