Found it. If you go through with it, (it will look pretty!) please post on my thread the parts you decided to get and how much it cost. I would love to see my work actually go someplace with that one.

I wouldn't say number one. Out of 4 G20's that I've owned it's like this...

IACV
MAF
Steering rack seal
PS Hose

Was definitely looking at your thread for reference, though your route is slightly different. I prefer SS braided hose instead .

Also the pump is fine, it's the cheap rubber hose at fault.

Yeah, it may well be, but I have an Apexi Power FC management system and the rev limit is set at 8600 rpm.

My hose took a crap too, Worked fine from 92-10 NA once boosted not that it should matter died with the avenir pump connected to it.

Started seeping out of the rubber all over like it was coming through pores..

Now that I think about it new pump whines a little, were suppose to use Auto Trans ATF in our pumps? I didnt know that better drain my PS fluid than ASAP and change. Is this true?

Yeah i think on p11's IACV takes the cake. The only two p11's ive ever worked on both had bad IACV on the RR motors. lol.

Just bought the regular sized SS line, hopefully it's long enough!

Found another problem, the low pressure bolt got loose and power steering fluid was leaking from the pump itself.

Got the SS line, it fit perfectly!

Idle doesn't dip too badly either, if you turn the wheel hard it dips to around 500rpm or so. I think my pump is just about toast too. I bled the system, but the pump still makes noise when I turn the wheel, it was bad on the first day got better day after, but still there.
