A/C question

When I push the AC button in the car I'm not getting the AC clutch to go. The green light comes on the button but nothing changes on the compressor.

Does it have refrigerant? How's the pressure? If it gets too low the compressor won't turn on.

Oh I haven't checked it out. Thanks for the tip on low refrigerent.

It could be under or over pressure.

make sure the wire running from the alternator harness to the compressor is plugged in. they get easily pulled out when messing with the alternator.
