Thread: Damnit JGY ^.^ BEWARE!

So as some of you may know i bought the vvl from JGY for 950 dollars. I know some of you told me to get my money back but anywho, it came with a broken tps and some valve cover scratches. So i called them and asked what the heck was up with this?

I said i shouldve been notified about it.
They said oh we didnt know about it. Than a couple minutes being on the phone they said "oh yes we fixed that in the shop" and dont want to believe its broken

The sensor reads 2.+ volts we couldnt even get it under 2. no matter what we did. SO i said ill send you the broken one since its so perfect and you can send me a new one and he said "NOT FOR FREE" so i tell him 950 was too much too have broken parts

You know what the son of a **** told me?
"IT'S BROKEN BECAUSE YOU ONLY PAID 950$ FOR A NEO VVL"

Boy did i want to just drive there and RAGE

So they want pictures of my throttle cable because i told em its rubbing with the DE throttle body. I told them ill send pics of that and the voltage on the TPS

Wow man. Seriously 950 for a VVL? Last one I got was 900 shipped and was MINT.

Almost any ve you buy will come with a broken tps and scratches on the valve cover. Its just the way they are shipped into country and then shipped to you. There is a "So your VE came with a broken TPS and need a replacement" thread for a reason. Look at the thread sticky'd at the top of the ve section and you can find a replacement that will work.

As for JGY, All we can say is we told you so. But more than likely that would have happened anywhere you bought it.

All the VE's Ive gotten from Soko, only 1 had the tps still in one piece but it was still cracked and chipped on the plug socket. They are just in a prone spot to get broken. Nothing you can do about it. I just swapped it out for my b13 one and called it a day.

And I get my ve's for 750 picked up or 900 shipped from soko. Soooo soo clean too just like every motor ive gotten from them (20+ motors)

Okay, the fact is that they lied directly to me

quoted for truth! all the engines i gotten also always come with something broken all the time. just think about it they come in a container full of engines on top of engines.
