Thread: help please! need someone to check this part number

Alright well I had an exhaust manifold gasket sent to someone, it was suppose to be a ve gasket but they say it matches their de flanges they have perfectly. So here is the part number can anyone tell me weather its the de or ve gasket for sure? Thanks

Not sure of part numbers. But the ve gasket that Greg sent me was alot thicker than the de gasket, if that helps. The de gasket I had was metal also. They are interchangeable though.

Nevermind. I guess an easy way to tell is the det is 7 layers and the vet is 3 layers...
