Help ID connecting rods.
I am 95% sure that this rod is a brian crower rod, but I can not find any good pictures to positively ID it. Is there anyone out there who knows for sure? It has no casting marks other then the H1 on the side. The other 3 have h2, h3 and h1 again.

they look like crower to me too, and they have crower bolts, I am just wondering if anyone is 100% sure the rods are crower, and if so what type are they? Crower has 3 types of rods from what I've seen, stroker rods, and 2 types of other rods , h beam econo and i beam pro rods

actually, I think I've just found part of the answer to my question. JGY has a picture that looks exactly like this rod but all it says is Crower SR20 $799 under the rod.

It definately looks like mine, but gives no information on what series or specs.
Anyone know any more about these? What HP are they good for and any other info?

if they are the ones that i was using which look just like them, they are the E4340 chromoly billet rods which are good for 750+hp. are they more of a high end rod.

these are the steel e4340 chromoly billet rods

i ran the exact rods in my honda VERY nice

these are also obviously I beam rods which are much better than H beam rods

Yep I found out more. They are Crower, not brian crower it seems, and look like they are amazing rods. Time for me to do a turbo build!!

well looks like I'll be starting up a turbo motor build thread sometime in the near future A decent set of 8.5:1 pistons, and a gt28r on 18 psi and I will be happy

yeah most definitly, i was using GT3582r with the full race stge 3gt turbo kit and 29psi on those rods lol.... you will definitly have room to move up if need be andthe rods will definitly hold anything you an throw at them

were you just using the stock det 8.5:1 pistons? I have read around and think that using the stock det pistons and getting them coated would be more then enough for over 500 hp.
