make sure all the alternator connections are clean. check the voltage at the alt then at the battery. Also turn on the head lights and other things to increase the load and recheck from the alternator and battery.

Put a meter on it while it's running.If it's not 13.8-14.8 volts,it's the alternator.By the way,it's your alternator.Really.

ok this i will preform today . with & without the lights on & other loads .

check your idle. raise it a little.

the adjustment on the TB is fine .

You don't normal adjust idle on the TB. There is a screw on the IACV you use, and you need to unplug the TPS to set it correctly.
