Thread: Conservation of our cars....I'm pissed

WHY!

Again nobody knows the history of the car. Maybe someone bought it with no title and couldnt get an abandoned title for it or something along those lines. Basicly rendering the shell useless at that point. I had to get rid of a perfectly clean 1st gen GSX eclipse because I couldnt get a title for it. Hell it had a built motor in it and many other parts so i parted it and made triple what i paid for it parting it out.

That was 5 1/2 years ago in FL. Which would explain it's condition. I'm guessing it had a few owners between then and now. I bet it was sold for peanuts.

Give me 2 days of detailing this one and it would have look better than my first NX...which looked worse than this car does when I first got it. This how my first one turned out:

Yeah I saved my car from the crusher. Got a call from Danfiveten who I had just met at the time an he told me about my car. Dan got the tittle from his friend an I went an paid the tow bill and got it! She had a really bad rod knock so if I hadn't saved her I can bet she would of been crushed for sure. I still get bad vibes when I drive her past that place lol.

Oh an my good friend just let his clean rust free b13 non sunroof se-r go to the junk yard. Me an several other forum members got all the goodies off of it, but it was sad to see like that.

breaks my heart too.


note: I wrecked my first se-r, so I've sent 1 to the crusher, but I've saved 1 from the crusher. That's why I haven't painted my car yet an I'm still rocking the Grey door. I'm a sentimental bastard

the owner of that car gave up on it.
