Wrong, i was 100% respectful and complementive to 2J's build, go back and look if necessary. I gave them props every comment almost. Other post i defended and corrected the QR nutheads that spouted off false info about what they had no clue on.

It took 3 pages for 2J just to answer my 2 simple questions that i asked in the beginning. lol. Other than that, i was being jumped all over on just for questioning them like they some God that cant be questioned. Hell I know my stuff when it comes to SR's but when someone asks me a question about why I do things the way I do, Im more than happy to politely answer them and explain if necessary. About 5 pages of that arguement in the 2J thread could have been avoided had he just answered my freakin questions to begin with instead of beating around the bush and saying im out of place. I know the QR pretty well too, not as well as they do which is why I asked.

So its not like it would have been hard for Nissan to do the changes necessary just so we could get rid of them with the jdm manifold. hahaha

But your right, they went with a one motor fits all, can be used as a truck motor or big heavy boat car motor, or a "performance motor" in the spec V. But look where it got them. lol.

Robert in CA got his VE to pass the roller test with a DE ecu and no EGR. It was just a cost problem for them that killed all the motors of old.

Again my threads did their job. The war was not intended but kinda figured it would end up that way.

Yeah thats what im saying, I think there were others to pass on well tuned realtime ecu's as well, no egr.

Nissan could have easily just made a new manifold w/ egr, put the stupid precat on the 20v motor and the sentra community as a whole would have been much happier and it would have saved nissan millions. Case closed. But they just didnt see the failures coming, which i dont see how not with the design of the thing.

At the very least, it's been an entertaining week.

2JRacing is running a Nissan. Sentra. And winning some serious races.

I might prefer they were running an SR, but I don't really give a shit if it's a 2.0 out of a '67 Roadster, or a V8 from some 2012 Infiniti 4-door.
