If you ever buy new headers be it a name-brand or ebay header, the secondary always comes with it. Secondaries are designed and made to match headers, hence my surprise you were missing them.

That looks like a regular used ssac.

Like I said measure the diameter of the tubes to figure out what secondary you need.

ebay header and you need new shoes

Good finding that piece usually come as a complete kit with the header
