very nice man, lowest I got mine down to was 2080 on my se-r.

I didnt do any cutting of the metal and so on, everything from the front seats forward was still there at the time as well such as door panels, speakers in the doors, dashboard, both seats.

There was a couple things I could do to get it down lower such as CF hood, about 32 lbs saved, odessey battery 30 lbs saved, CF trunk about 20 lbs saved, door panels and all seat belts and speakers were about 27 lbs when i removed them later. Passenger seat 25-30 lbs. Sub 2000 was easily attainable but cost money for the CF parts and lightweight battery.

Im actually gonna try to get my car back up a bit in weight so i can compete in the street class and that means door panels are going back in, carpet, two front seats, putting part of the front bumper support back on, 10 pt chromoly cage. Trying to get it back into the 2400 lb range with me in the car, so to do that I would need it to be at 2210 without me in it.

Yeah I don't have to worry about any type of class requirements around here lol. Just trying to go as fast as I can on a cheap budget.

I will have to put a cage in it if I get it to run 7.49 though.

Are you going to up the shot or will you add a secondary shot? Although, I can't see how it would benefit you if you're only doing the 1/8th mile.
