This is what I used. They have it at pepboys for about $25ish. This is a bell mouth design for a 4" filter, but the small side is 3" for the MAF. They also have a 3" straight version. It's heavy aluminum. I had to slot a couple holes for it to work on my N60, but it lines up perfect when you do. It's in the same shelf space as all the aftermarket air intake supplies, and filters.

The only auto parts store I've found any good adapters at was pep boys. All the other places didn't have anything, but crap. Maybe different regions have different selections?
