It is indeed the resistor, no question whatsoever, Greg V can hook you up.
Note that the new resistor may not look exactly like the one you currently have installed. Nissan changed the design, however the new one will in fact work just fine. That took a phone call to Greg to confirm when he sent me a new resistor. He was right, it worked just fine.
Not sure why (if) you need a new blower motor, but Greg could quote you on that as well. Andreas might have a used one (?).
