Help identifying which axles I have here/need to get
I'm coming to the conclusion of swapping a 2001 Sentra SE drivetrain into a 1997 B14 Sentra and have run into one last headache in regards to the axles. The engine and transmission I got came from different places, I only know they are both 2001 but don't know much about the vehicles they came from such as if it were LSD equipped. The engine came with the automatic drive plate and the non-LSD axle carrier bracket but I'm not sure about anything with the transmission except it's auto... The axles I had got here are for a 98 Sentra SE 2.0L and I'm pretty sure I got non-LSD axles, but they don't seem to fit. The left might be OK it just looks like too much shaft coming out. The right side doesn't seem to engage splines w/ trans correctly and doesn't come near close enough to the (non-LSD?) axle carrier

That pic of the axle carrier is with the wheel hub installed, shaft is the right length but all wrong otherwise?

Please help me figure this out

Ill try to help you with my own experience but first of all my english is not very good, so if you dont understand tell me please

i swapped from GA to SR so i needed to get new Axles for the LSD transmission, but the only axle carrier bracket I found was for the non-LSD. So I made a kind of spacer between the axlecarrier and the axle as I was trying to find the correct axlecarrier bracket.

The spacer must fit inside the axle carrier to have a better structure. I dont remember very welll but i think the space you need to cover is 43mm

I have a picture for a better reference but I cant uploaded right now, Maybe I can send it to you by email and you uploaded

I think you have the right axle, the problem is the bracket. I hope this can help.
The correct bracket is very hard but give it a try
