Fml! :/
Just rebuilt the motor. Put a new gasket on and rings. Seems there is oil coming from the crease in the block and head i will need to take a better look but its right where the egr is. The head was bolted down right and to torque specs. Might be a chance the head is warped and i shouldve played it safe and got it resurfaced? But theres not water getting into the motor just that oil coming out through the front.

Take a pic of the area and post it, or find a pic and circle the area. Possible that the dowel pins and not seated right and are not allowing the head to seat properly onto the block.

Yeah take pics. You sure its not a bit above? Sometimes oil seaps down from the distributor area.

Biggest mistake I see with oil leaks in the area are due to the cam cap not sealing with silicon, and also not putting the distributor in and then tightening the cap and then removing the distributor so it can easily be turned. If you have a hard time moving your distributor, your cap might be a little crooked. You need to put silicon on the very outside edge of the cam cap, and ya that means you have to undo your valve cover and do it, and reset timing if you did not mark it. Also the cam cap not being lined up will also cause the o-ring to not complete seal since it's not a round hole and there are gaps.

Okay valve cover is a very easy process so thats not a concern. You say "reset timing", that is from removing the distributor? And silicon on the outside of the cam cap. That last cap where half is inside the cover and half outside? I looked there and didnt really see any leaks but i will double check. Tomorrow ill find out exactly where the leak is seeping from and i will let you know. I just hope its not from the head ^.^

Here you can see the oil running down the block

Here you can see the head is pretty clean behind the distributor

The oil was coming from the distributor. The bottom bolt came loose
