Thread: AC compressor delete belt size.

My alternator belt just shreaded on the highway and I could not fine it. I need to know the belt size for stock pullies and a ac delete. Thanks

or measure the pullies distance and add and extra 2-3 inches to it

Or just go to the auto parts store, tell them what car you have and when they ask for ac or non ac, say non ac. That's what I did when mine shed a belt, only problem is it is one rib narrower, but it still works just fine.

Just called them and did this. They only had it in the computer for a b13.

c'mon guys this is in the common parts #'s list once again.

Im not getting into another tampon throwing fest over using a belt with the wrong rib count and saying the belt can jump or walk under load or slack blah blah .....but they do make a corect size and rib count its a 29-30''size the part store should be able to look it up .
