93 oct but the car is has a ve-t in it. On a stock b13 I would run 87 oct.

If you still have the ga16de in it there is no reason to run anything other than 87oct.

87 regular, no benefit whatsoever to running higher octane..
On a higher comp motor/ or boosted application you use whatever you were tuned on, usually 93 & up

87... would be dumb to run anything higher lol just a waste of money on a stock car

Stock DE.....87 octane

Modded DE w/advanced timing.....91 or higher depending on what you have in your area

VE......91 or higher

Turbo applications.......91 or higher

I ran 91 octane in my turbo se-r on 20psi of boost daily with the 60 trim. Anything more than 20 psi i would either run 100 octane from one of the local stations right out of the pump, or 110 right out of the pump or C16 from local shops.

Anything more than 24psi on my setup id usually just use C16.

As for a relatively stock or simple I/H/E DE without advanced timing you can still run 87 just fine without issues. Its when you start adding timing is when you need the extra octane.
