Thread: speedo and tach colors

so i just noticed that there are white face gauges and silver face gauges in the b14. Does anybody know what years these different colors came in?

I've never seen silver, the 98 b14 come with just the tach and the speedo white

cuz i got one from pick n pull and it has silver tach and speedo but in my 98 se its white

my first 98 b14 had the white gauge faces, at night the face is gray and you can see the 100 rpm increments when the lights are on. my current 96 has the black gauge face, looks so plain and boring

Ya my 98s are white too and I think the ones I got from the junkyard was from a Se-l and the gauges are silver
