questions about exhaust?? and coilovers

i want to order a cat back exhaust and i was wondering if nissan sentra se-r cat back exhaust would fit straight up to the nx2000?? and i was also wondering if i got coilovers for a sentra se-r... would they fit onto my 1993 nx2000??

the hangers are different on the nx from the b13 axle section
