Removing the A-pillar trim did the trick! Didn't think it would be so significant.
Thx everyone for your help!

I know but seriously the dash was stuck in the middle,so since everyone basically suggested it i said lemme just do although at the time didn't seem related to the center being stuck.

But thanks man!

No problem man. It just seems like many ppl that ask for advice hardly ever follow it until numerous ppl tell them the same thing. I did say, "I just did this the other day. Had to unbolt the passenger airbag from under the dash, and remove the A-pillar trim on both sides.", in the first place. You will learn there are many odd things holding you up from removing simple pieces from any car. Once you get the experience, and mechanical aptitude from doing this type of stuff long enough you'll start to notice little things like this, and not have to ask. Just try to at least follow the advice given, when asked, next time. We're here to help when needed, but you need to listen. I have asked a few questions myself, and tried the advice given. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. When it doesn't we'll be here.
