The JWT PP may have a much higher equilibrium point than the clutches they are using.

The other thing I didn't think of that plays a role in this is the thickness of the disk. Exactly what pressure plates and disks are you guys using? and how worn are they?

The combination of a larger than factory step, new pp, and new disk could be enough to push the pp past the "point of no return".

much agreed, and a torsion spring inside the bellhousing is also not the answer

I had a similar issue with my DE, Fidanza Fly and ACT Clutch. I beleave it was the throw out bearing, now my VE same setup with an OEM TB it's all good...

At one point I was told to never use the TB that come with clutch kits(OEM=FTW). I Honestly can't remember who/when I was told that but ya...
