What I Mean By Confusing Is That One Minute Its Running Good & Than Its Starts Sputtering After 4RPM . Than It Runs Fine .

Ive Done A Full Tune Up

At A Lost On What Can Be Making My B13 Act This Way

Sounds like a leak. Mine did that when I had a hole in one of my hoses. See the first post here for the hose that was leaking.
