"New" old wheels

I just picked up a set of wheels for cheap. What do you think? I have a B14, but I feel like they would look sicker on a B13 haha.

15x6 +35. The finish is flaking in some spots. What would be a good way to clean them up?

if you gong to paint the centers ,i would take some steel whool, and get most of that old paint off...stripper works good. . . but every time i used it...somwhow manages to not be ALL off and fs it up.

what color is the car it hem rims is going on?
