Manual or auto ecu
does it make a difference weather your using a manual or auto ecu on your as long as its for the same motor?

I believe they have different timing maps, plus it could pull a SES light.

yea ive heard the auto ones dont "put out as much as the manual ones" whats a ses light? ive herad people using an auto ecu
i had an sr20det ecu but it wouldnt idle and ud have to feather it so it wouldnt die is this cause of a bad ecu?

OBD1 doesn't make much of a difference if any. I ran my old g20 with an auto ecu, ran perfectly fine.

what do you mean by obd1? not really up with the shorten terms
