Thread: wiring harness and dash harness questions

ok so i have a 98 200sx and i did a swap form the 1.6 to 2.0 sr20ve. i have 96 ser ecu and 96 ser harness, now those 3 white plugs that go from the wiring harness to dash harness under the radio don't match. so far i'm told i have to pull the dash an rewire some things. are there any alternatives like some sort of an adapter or....? thanks

You could swap plugs on the car side or motor harness side, either way. There are more wires on the 98 so some might not be used. I dont think the dash harness will swap over since there are other differences with some of the electronics.
