I'm left with two more options....either the sleeve from the energy suspension control arm kit has cracked (not sure how that would be possible) or the top hat is bad......how possible could it be that it's one of those two?

I fully inspected the top hat and nothing was wrong with the components.......... I did how ever swap the kyb Gr-2 strut for oem strut........the vibrations now have some what stopped for now...... the weird thing is I tested the kyb Gr-2 strut again it's shows no signs of being blown ....so the cause of all this is still unknown.......but I'm suspecting it was the strut all along......I can now drive over 70 m.p.h with out harsh vibrations and corner with the best of them once again.

Where did u get your axles from? I put non-oem axles on my B14 and I get vibration especially under hard acceleration. Also check your driver side axle. In my case my passenger side axle only made noise when I turned to the left while the driver side made a noise when turning the right. Yeah, is odd. I whish I had money to get OEM axles.

Check the pass. side motor mount. It sounds stupid, but I've had the same thing in the past. When it wears out, during cornering you'll get a deep-toned sort of vibration and noise. That may not be it,but it's worth taking a look.

I actually just recently replaced all the motor mounts in the car......because of another issue I was having...... that didn't solve me issue either. The casing of the mount was also fine as well.

An adult would also not actively avoid something they know is wrong with their car which put yourself, your passengers, and others who travel near you in possible danger if that thing decides to break because the noise has caused fatigue over the past year and half of being ignored.

Well... well...... if it isn't kyle the piper......well young man when your short on cash and time nothing gets done. This was not the only problem my car was having, my focus was else where....on bigger issues. Such as my car not going into gear.....for example.
