do u see that sensor just to the left of the throttle... what is that? it says prw. on my donor car that was wrecked and running that sensor was unplugged with no wires going to it. cant find any wiring diagrams with that on it. what is it? sorry if stupid question but about to do my swap and dont want to miss something, i also have a lowport from a 96 200sx if that helps. it seems to be an ignition control module but like i said it wasnt plugged in and the car ran

this isnt the thread for your question, infact i have no clue what your talking about.. theres a sensor on the Right of the throttle body, thats the throttle position sensor..

Haha, I forgot this thread existed. I agree with lynch, I don't have the car any longer but I converted it to the throttle body method instead for the sake of cleanliness. It does work better. It just leaves your ECU a little confused perhaps. It's very touchy to adjust the idle that way however.

yea its a tad touchy you have to go little by little.. and as long as you adjust the tps so that its not seein to much voltage all should be good

I think I did that as well but I just can't remember anymore. Either way, cold idle sucked (valve and TB both). Not so much in the warm weather though.

ya its been pretty warm lately, after i pass emissions (which is in july) and it gets cold an stuff i will prolly bump the idle back up to 1000-1200 or so an it should start up an idle fine... we'll see tho
