Thread: best tranny fluid

so for the sr20s with non lsd ( if it matters) tranny's, what is the best tranny fluid to use? heard 75-90 is good if your tranny can take it? thoughts and opions. heard 80/90 was good for differntial? thanks

Lots of people like redline mt-90

Redline mt-90. Look on their site for locations near you that sell it. They go for about 13 a quart

Mt-90 for a n/a car and shock proof on a turbo car.

Yup mt90 or penzoil syncromesh.

You were right Ben, the SEARCH function works perfectly.

Not too sure I like the Syncromesh, ill be changing it out soon for the MT-90...

I had issues immediately when putting MT-90 in my LSD box, it became very noisy but fine once new normal oil was put back in....

Mobile 1 synthetic 75W-90. Works fine in my 280k+ tranny
