Has anyone heard of RAYS Sebrings 2 peice that look like Work Equips?

You mean Volk Racing Sebring wheels? I know it's the same, but they've only been referred to as Volks. There are two different models, both vastly different. They're also uber rare so if you're into them and can snatch them for a deal, I'd jump at them.
