Do i have to go to NIssan to get that or will like an auto zone type place carry that?

I doubt general stores will have it... why not just go to the jy...? It'll be cheaper, esp if you're just gonna rip it off again...

Or, if the vacuum hose isn't hooked to anything just get a new piece of hose, and replace that piece with a tee using one clean piece of hose. Then there would be no lose hoses that used to go somewhere. The AIV allows fresh air in your exhaust so it will heat the cat faster during a cold start. It just allows your emissions system to work like it should a little faster.
