I've had luck with stubborn cat bolts using a torch and a breaker bar.

Soak in Kroil overnight + hit it with a mallet + heat the mount with a propane torch + put a breaker bar on it with a huge cheater pipe. If that doesn't work, it's not coming out.

Question still stands.... Is the GA motor cat and o2 sensor the same on a se-l?
