Possible bad ECU / Wiring Question ( whats this wire )
So its finally time to start my 1.5 years in the making build and I have no spark no fuel. My consult cable cannot communicate with the ECU as well.

CALUM B13 Basic ( newly chipped ) " NEVER TESTED "

Now my buddy who is pretty spot on believes the ECU has some traces jacked
up from the person who soldered this from viewing thru magnifying glass.

* most likely the culprit *

But also I notice I have a wire unplugged by the ECU and not sure where it goes
unless im an idiot and cannot find it ( ive looked in FSM no luck )

What is this wire ?? ( ill attempt to describe )

ECU Harness you have the 1 main plug, Then you have the green Relay
plug thats plugged into the relay attached to ECU Tray. Those 2 are plugged
in, You also have another connector with like 10+ wires thats connected.

Now the mystery wire has 2 or 3 wires ( not in front of car ) White / yellow connector as kinda seen here :

ITS LATE and its been a long day go easy on me lol ( ORDERED ANOTHER ECU ) just in case I wanna drive this thing already!!!

That should plug in behind the dash if I remember correctly somewhere near where the center console comes out from.

Alright, thats why you have no spark or fuel being your main power supply for your ecu relay comes from that plug as well as some other powers as well. It plugs up under the dash in the center console area close to the 6 or 7 wire connector also in that picture. I believe its on the passenger side of the center console on the back side.

Your ecu is not getting one of its main switched power supplies. lol The other one comes from the black w/ red wire which is from the main 25 amp engine control fuse in the engine bay. That is your other ecu power supply which is what feeds the green relay by your ecu.

Simple enough. Find it, plug it in and you will have power to the ecu and more than likely start if everything else is plugged in.

um, more than likely you did. The reason your consult wouldnt communicate is because the ecu was not even powering on, lol.

it should be on the opposite side of the larger white plug that was under the dash, its hard to see because usually your looking at it from the passenger and its tucked up close to the panel on the passenger side if im not mistaken.

Yah that's an important plug baby doll. The keyed ignition switch by the steering wheel carries battery power to that plug to power the ECU. If there is a main power source for the ECU, that is it.

LMAO I was tired, It was a long night and im going all over the FSM trying to find the wire.. In the FSM its like connects to M something than you goto M and its like connects to F something the first wire but neither mention what it is..

Lunch time im heading home to see if I can connect to ECU and get rail pressure.

ditto theres a relay or something attached to the side of the inner center console where that plugs in.

Sweet can talk to ECU and have 40psi on the Fuel Gauge but no spark. Pulled a plug does not smell like fuel hmm

rail has fuel but injectors arent firing

Also gonna see if distributor can go in wrong but im pretty sure they only go in one way on these motors.

Also throwing code 12 MAF maybe maf wired wrong reading 5.12 volts with car in on position
( running N60 wired per miko thread ) Possibly wired wrong thought I read it correct. Unplug and laptop reads 0.00 volts

So Im thinking possiblly MAF wired wrong, and possibly bad ECU ( newly soldered CALUM ) have new ECU on the way.
